Excellent Minds Inc., was founded in 2023 as a national home and community healthcare management company, offering the sick, elderly and Persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities IDD/DDS) services to enhance their lives as active and valued members in their communities.
Charles Tekeh (BSc.), founder and Chief Executive Officer of Excellent Minds Inc., with years of experience as a field healthcare provider and as an Administrator supporting the sick, elderly, and developmentally/ intellectually challenged Persons, birthed a community of Excellent Minds Inc. where this group of Persons could receive love and excellent services.
Mr. Tekeh had in Mind to build a community where this special, vulnerable, and fragile group of Persons could see themselves as God their creator sees them through our tailored programs with Love and Excellence.

Excellent Minds Inc., recognizing and ensuring that each of the Persons that we serve is viewed as unique, has the mission to provide Person Centered Services to Persons served with a reliable, supportive, and enabling environment that nurtures their abilities to function effectively and independently to the best of their abilities and supports them to become valuable members of their community.
Excellent Minds Inc. utilizes tools provided by The Department on Disability (DDS), District of Columbia Department of Health care Finance (DHCF) and any other state or federal supervisory board to ensure that service recipients needs are carefully assessed, understood, and met.
Our goal therefore will be to remain reliable and candid to the core while serving our special needs community with respect, dignity, and integrity as we accompany them in achieving their individual life goals.
We conduct our business with the highest level of honesty, professionalism, fairness, dependability, and ethical standards, while respecting the views of each and every one. We hold ourselves accountable individually and collectively as a team to these values and will be able to report any incident/malpractice as required.
